Dominic Rinaldi, C.A. B.EC – Principal

Rinaldi & Co. was founded by Dominic Rinaldi in 1985. Dominic has completed his economics degree in addition to his accounting qualifications. He’s special competence areas involve auditing, finance organisation and restructuring, strategic planing, feasibility studies and tax planning. Dominic’s work history involves an accounting career beginning at Touche Ross & Co. in 1980. After finishing his professional year, he was promoted to audit manager. This involved planning and executing audits for large public companies and took him on various assignments both overseas and within Australia. The firm continues to enjoy growth, including opening an office in Darwin, Northern Territory.

Belinda Ramsay
Job Title: Manager

Experience

Belinda joined Rinaldi & Co. in February 2008 as a senior accountant. She has since completed her C.A. and has been a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia since July 2009.

With over 10 years experience in accounting Belinda’s speciality areas are predominately focused on business services, accounting and taxation, superannuation together with being proficient in MYOB and Quick Books.

Belinda works with a large variety of clients including manufacturing, building and construction, retail, engineering, transport, farming and share trading.

Prior to joining Rinaldi & Co. Belinda held a senior position with another similar Adelaide based accounting firm.

David Mansour
Job Title: Manager

Experience

David joined Rinaldi & Co. in May 2009. David completed a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Accounting and has accumulated almost ten years experience in dealing with businesses from various industries including medical practitioners, retail, primary production, hospitality, construction, property development and labour hire.

David provides accounting and taxation advice to small and medium size enterprises. He enjoys a hands on approach in the areas of taxation and business services and enjoys the challenge of blending compliance obligations with assisting businesses achieve their goals.
